This blog is about the process of embracing more and more of reality. This includes the capacity to include seemingly opposing perspectives on life and on ourselves. It also includes the capacity to be embraced by reality, to allow the underlying unity to infuse our very being. These capacities continuously grow when we move into higher stages of development. They also are what I consider to be the most central aspect of integral theory and integral practice – the wider embrace and inclusion of as much as possible of existence.
What does it mean to move into higher, more embracing, stages of consciousness? What do these stages look like and how do we get there? What are the practices that will help us both to wake up, to discover the limitlessness of our being, and to grow up, to move into more integrated ways of experiencing and being in the world? This blog is an exploration of these questions.
